² Important Balance Transfer Information: The 0% introductory APR on balance transfers is applicable for the first 15 months after the account is opened. At the end of the introductory period, the APR for all balance transfer balances will be either 15.99% or 24.99%, which will be determined at account opening based on your credit worthiness. This APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate. If you make a balance transfer you will be charged interest on purchases if you do not pay off your entire balance, which includes any transferred balance, by the payment due date each month. This introductory APR does not apply to Purchase or Cash Advance transactions. ³ Bonus Miles: Applicants who are approved for the Premier World MasterCard will receive 30,000 bonus miles and Applicants approved for the World and Platinum MasterCard will receive will receive 15,000 bonus miles after the first use of your account for a Purchase or Balance Transfer (that are not later returned or rescinded) and have paid the Annual Fee on the account (and such fee is not rescinded). Bonus miles will be sent to US Airways at the close of your billing statement after qualifying transaction(s) have been posted. Balance Transfer Checks do not qualify for bonus miles. Balance Transfer Bonus Miles: Earn one (1) mile per one dollar ($1) in balances transferred to your US Airways Dividend Miles MasterCard requested in the first 90 days after account opening, up to a maximum of ten thousand (10,000) miles. Please note: If you make a balance transfer you will be charged interest on purchases if you do not pay off your entire balance, which includes any transferred balance, by the payment due date each month. There is a fee for Balance Transfers. Balance Transfer Checks and Convenience Checks do not qualify for balance transfer bonus miles.

Earning Miles: Premier World MasterCard Cardmembers will receive two (2) miles per one dollar ($1) on US Airways purchases and one (1) mile per one dollar ($1) spent on all other purchases. World and Platinum MasterCard Cardmembers will receive one (1) mile per one dollar ($1) on US Airways purchases and one (1) mile per one dollar ($1) spent on all other purchases. First Class check-in and Zone 2 boarding: Premier World Cardmembers are invited to check-in at the US Airways Preferred or First Class counter when checking-in for their flight. The Primary Cardholder is invited to board the aircraft early as part of Zone 2 provided their Dividend Miles number is part of their reservation. First Class check-in and Zone 2 boarding are only available on US Airways operated and marketed flights. First Class check-in and Zone 2 boarding benefits are for Premier World Cardmembers only and do not apply if you receive a Platinum MasterCard.

Companion Certificate: Cardmembers will receive a Companion Certificate that will be sent to you in your welcome package and on your account-opening anniversary every year you are a cardmember. The initial certificate will be provided 6 to 8 weeks after the account has been used for at least one purchase and the Annual Fee has been paid and such fee is not rescinded. The certificate is redeemable for up to two $99 companion tickets for cardmembers approved for the Premier World MasterCard and is redeemable for one $149 companion ticket for cardmembers approved for the Platinum MasterCard, valid for travel in the contiguous U.S. and Canada with the purchase of a qualifying US Airways ticket. Individuals flying on a companion ticket must be on the same itinerary as the primary cardmember. (Minimum fare purchase of $250 required for each companion ticket use.) ⁴ 25,000 Mile Award Travel: The Primary Cardmember will receive a five thousand (5,000) mile discount off of each eligible Award Ticket. For example, if twenty-five thousand (25,000) Dividend Miles are required to redeem an award ticket, then as a US Airways Dividend Miles MasterCard Cardmember who met the criteria set forth in the Terms and Conditions, the Cardmember's Dividend miles account would only be deducted by twenty thousand (20,000) miles instead of twenty-five thousand (25,000) miles.
